Got my GTI back finally. Video of incident below.
2 weeks after this happened.
Damage wasn't to bad but they had to pull a dent in metal that helps shape the bumper since it was pushed in.

It's black with flake in it(black magic?). Probably just because I took it at night.

That's good to hear, that while he may be a dumbass at least he wasn't an asshole. I'd be furious if this happened and you could never find out who it was.
